How it works

A guide, not a spreadsheet

You answer the next useful question. We handle the complexity behind it.

  1. 1

    Answer guided questions

One question at a time. What accounts matter, where they live, how you sign in.

  2. 2

    We map recovery paths

We connect the dots between your email, phone, and devices, and flag the loops that would strand someone.

  3. 3

    Name your trusted people

Choose a digital executor and decide who should know about which part of your life.

  4. 4

    Print your plan

A clean printed document with a handwriting line for each password. The secret never touches our servers.

Chapter 1 — Accounts

We ask what matters, in the order it matters: your primary email, your phone, your money, your memories. Every answer is a tap, not a form. You can stop anywhere and pick up exactly where you left off.

Chapter 2 — Recovery paths

For each account we ask how you'd get back in. Then we connect those answers into an access chain and flag circular dependencies — the bank that resets through an email that resets through a phone that's locked in a drawer.

Chapter 3 — Trusted people

Name a digital executor and the people who should know about specific parts of your life. You control who appears on which printed copy.

Chapter 4 — Platform legacy settings

Google Inactive Account Manager, Apple Legacy Contact, Facebook Legacy Contact. These are free, they are the strongest form of access your family can have, and we walk you through each one.

Chapter 5 — Print your plan

A clean document with every account, a handwriting line for each password, and your hints for the person you trust. Print it, fill in the blanks by hand, and store it where you keep sensitive papers.

The order of authority

Under RUFADAA — adopted with variations in most US states — a platform's own online tool outranks your will, and your will outranks the platform's terms of service. That is why we push the free platform settings first, then your attorney's documents, then the printed plan that ties everything together.
